Vision

To promote care and support for the people under rehabilitation through emphasizing their holistic development. To advocate people under rehabilitation in mutual helping and supporting each other. To facilitate people under rehabilitation in developing their potential and help them to fully participate, contribute and be inclusive in the community.

 

Mission

1. Through the provision of diversified and innovative rehabilitation service, people under rehabilitation can receive comprehensive support from the community.

2. Advocate people under rehabilitation to participate in voluntary service so as to offer back and contribute to the society.

3. To bring different social groups together and seek for the well-being of people under rehabilitation through empowerment.
